Inland Waterways and Barge Terminals
We have a wide network of highly skilled and experienced professionals with the highest quality barges and equipment to provide superior inland waterway transportation service at many worldwide locations including South America and Europe. We are able to provide inland waterway transportation for any type or size of cargo including bulk commodity, containers, heavy lifts, LOLO cargo, RORO cargo, out-of-gauge or project cargoes. Your cargo will be delivered to a specified barge terminal where we can assist in arranging for the cargo to be delivered to its final destination.

To meet the customers’ needs with out-of-gauge cargo, we provide out-of-gauge (OOG) service. We’ll help you every step of the way and oversee the entire transportation process. We can obtain specialized equipment such as open-top containers, flat-rack containers, or mafi trailers. We can also arrange inland transportation using out-of-gauge equipment and secure the necessary permitting.

We analyze each project to determine if the plans are operationally sound, if cranes and other lifting equipment are available, if labor and stevedoring services are available, and if there are safe and secure lay-down and storage facilities. As part of the analysis process, we then analyze the dimensions of each shipment from the time it arrives at the port until it is safely stowed on the vessel.
